    On November 27, I paid for 4 Mastering HD bundles by PayPal. The money was sent from my account, however, I still have not received activation codes for registering plugins. On November 29, I already contacted support with this problem (Case No: CAS-506033-T4Y6X3), but I still haven't received anything except an auto reply. Today I made a request to tech support agaшn(Case No: CAS-507001-V2Q3C7). I really hope for a quick solution to my problem. PayPal transaction ID is 0SA45753E86008705 and I attach a screen shot confirming the payment. iLok ID is: prpllr1

    Where do we post to ask for additional effects. An Eq and overdrive would be really nice and really make the X5 special

        agardt How can it be that some people directly get help when others like me have opened a case 5 days ago and also wrote the issue in the forum several days ago - and nothing, absolutely nothing, happens? I can understand that you are working hard to get things sorted and i am waiting patiently, but this is really annoying!

    I didn't get an activation card yet! My already checked my spam folder, there is nothing.

    It seems the I am not the only one having an issue with that.

    I bought the VSS3 NATIVE plugin 30/11 and have not received an activation code. I started a case Case Number CAS-506667-Z6Z8Q8 yesterday "pre-sales" it was all I could because I had no serial number but did not hear anything from it either.

    Hello does anyone know how it is possible that my Plethora X5 doesn't show more than 20 board slots? Also it doesn't allow me to put more than 2 reverbs and one or 2 delays in an empty board .. I thought I could have any number of effects in a row, especially reverbs and delays... Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Ниже по ветке вроде был чел которому переслали... но это было не сейчас) - я думаю они коллапс увидят и разберутся. пока можно тикет в сервисе отправить. они сами так советуют.. но в сообщениях народ пишет что это пустая трата времени... короче адово немного.

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Stulov, I am sorry to hear about this issue. If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

      If you have already submitted a case could you please confirm the case number for me?

      Apart from that... and I'm talking now as the computer engineer I am, What's is Message and Tickets area for? What's the meaning of these areas? Supposedly, you should be writing there the answer to our cases, so that us, the users, can get online the answer to our cases, instead of be waiting for an email getting our inbox that even can get the spam folder instead. It's crazy! Well, I accept that your system can send a message to my email letting me know that you have an answer waiting for me in your ticket's service... But the message/answer itself sent by email and the Message and Tickets area being completely empty? That's insane man, and please, give your engineer my congratulations! I'm kidding, of course! LOL
