Hi, i just purchased the Clarity M, and i am having issue to have it set up with the optical cable. I cannot use it in AES, because it's not available. I only option to Adat. Can Someone help please?

    It only says:"Optical No Lock".

PedroRodrigues Hi jcave55, thank you for your post, please ponder that the Clarity M via optical does not supports ADAT, the optical connection must be via S/PDIF . Thank you

I've been hiding under a rock for a couple years and just now discovered the G-System only to then discover that it's not shipping anymore?! It must be the most well designed piece of hardware I've seen from any company in recent memory. When is it coming back?! If the world comes to an end I'm pretty sure it will be because TC/power-that-be decided to kill it off! Give me some good news! Build the toneprint stuff into the g-system rack and let's go! In the meantime, Gotta scour the used market.

PedroRodrigues Hi jcbrotel, thank you for your post, we advise that the TC RH750 to be set up with RS112/RS115/RS210/RS212/RS410. Nevertheless, the RH750 can be used to drive any cabinet combination of up to three RS cabinets, or any other cabinet combination with a 4 Ohm minimum load.
      • May 11
    • jcbrotel
Dale_M It should be ok, the minimum load of the RH750 is 4ohm so you can connect anything above that. Usually you can go up to 16 ohm, however we normally recommend the RS cabs with the RH750 though but the impedance for these is the same

    • jcbrotel
jcbrotel OK, thank you both for your replies.

Of course, I know that RS cabs are the ones to be used with RH750, I actually happen to own both RS210 and RS212.

My need here is different, I intend to get an easy to carry around mini cab and, before buying anything, I want to be absolutely certain about compatibility.

I must say that reading the BC208 Quick Start Guide is not really reassuring...

      Quote:

! Make sure to use SPEAKER CABLES and not instrument cables for all connections between the amplifier and speaker cabinets.

      Please notice the following:

      • Impedance for BC208, BC210, BC212 is 8 Ohm
      • Impedance for BC410 is 4 Ohm
      • BC210, BC212 and BC410 use twist-locking professional connectors for both input and link, and so any connection between these cabinets and

BC208 will require cables with a ¼" connector at one end, and a twist-locking connector at the other end.

All TC Electronic bass amplifiers can run two TC Electronic 8 Ohm cabinets.

Depending on the TC Electronic amplifier model, a BC410 (4 Ohm) cabinet can be combined with one or two other 8 Ohm cabinets.

NOTE: Should you by accident connect a non-valid combination of cabinets to a TC Electronic bass amplifier, the amp’s protection mode may be invoked.

However, the amplifier will not be damaged.

      Unquote.

      Cheers

Hi I am going nuts trying to find three switchable power supplies for the above units my three Tc units have all developed the same problem of either the caps or the controler and caps blowing preventing the units from switching on. I bought the finalizer and the fireworx brand new when they came out I've had less than 1 years use with my finalizer and the fireworx stopped working after 1 month yes 1 month. That was many years ago.
They were put aside after the ridiculous repair quotes during those days. I am now capable of repairing theses power supplies but would like to buy the wizard power supply instead. I ordered three and paid over £300 to a company called Fixtronix of Ierland who are supposed to be the official Tc suppliers for these power supplies. Needless to say I recieved no response for six weeks then no response to some 12 emails enquiring about my order. I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back 1 month later still no money back. So I called a friend in Ireland and sent him to their premises to enquire about my order. I then got my first response  with an email and lame exuse about staff being ill and Tc moving factory. I got my money back through paypal the followig day.
I ve now joined The tribe after being forced here through the Tc website I have posted about this problem for over a month and not a single response to this common Tc electronics Issue. This clearly should have been a class action lawsuit, these units should have been recalled and repaired for free this is quite clearly a maufacturing fault with the power supplies. Great gear when they work but by not accepting this as their fault, is a very calous and greedy corporate stance by of the owners of Tc Electronics as far as Im concerned.
Can anybody help with finding these Wizard power supplies its been an absolute nightmare so far thanks.

Dale_M Sorry to hear this has been your experience, if you bought these items brand new and had faults appear within 1 month or 1 year is there any reason why you did not claim warranty and come back to Music Tribe with your proof of purchase for us to assist you in a warranty repair? Regardless of your technical experience, taking product apart to repair voids any existing warranty. Please can you advise any case numbers or communication directly with Music Tribe please?

conceptboss007 Hi thanks for your response These problems occurred over 20 years ago There is no warranty and consumer rights hadn't really taken off the ground yet, in those days. This year is the first I ve ever heard of Music Tribe and your affiliation to Tc Electronics. Back in those days Tc Electronics Had a repair center in Wembley /west london somewhere where they wanted to charged a couple of hundered pounds to repair, needless to say i wasnt having it ,so after lots of back and forth the units were stored away. Back then we were made to feel like we were somehow responsible for blowig the power supplies hence the repair costs. As the years went on this problem infested the Tc Electronic's range as we all know. I would like to purchase these Wizard power supplies I dont really care for Tc's Warranty I can do a better job myself. Under the microscope the workmanship of the original power supplies are poor , hence why im not even bothering to repair the one in the picture . and just wish to replace them with the wizard power supplies. Any pointers to where I could purchase would be appreciated thanks.

TC electronic IR loader can load ir file 24 bit 48k?

    Regads

    0 9
    • Fabri8
      TC-Mike HI,

Supported IR file formats: .uli files (proprietery IMPULSE format)
      .wav files, 16/24/32-bit fixed (PCM)
      .wav files, 32-bit float

      Supported rates: 44.1 kHz
      48 kHz
      96 kHz

If the .wav file has more than one channel, only the first channel will be used for the IR
IR of any length can be imported but 200msec is the maximum loader length.
IR's with length longer than 200msec will be automatically trimmed and have a natural fade out applied by IMPULSE to match 200msec

You can also drag and drop IR files directly into corresponding folders on IMPULSE but we recommend using the app for the best experience.

These info can also be found in the README file of your Impulse pedal when product is in disk mode (connected to your computer via USB)

    Bonsoir,

When I try to download a toneprint, the choices of the artists do NOT show up. Only the TC Electronics settings appear. I have downloaded all of the toneprints so they should be there.

    Hello,

I want to order the Brickwall HD Native plugin through the TC Electronic WebSite.

But I don't find a very clear info about its little Hardware Controller:

Is the Hardware Controller is included with the payment when ordering the plugin or no ???

On the main page it says:

"Mastering Brickwall Limiter Plug-In with Dedicated Hardware Interface"

    It also says:

    "Optional Hardware Controller"

    >> If the Controller is not included with the order of the Plugin, then I don't see wherelse I should go to take the controller... Not clear at all...

    Please help,

    Thank you.

WilliamR Hello, William from musictribe here. The wording is a bit confusing but the native version does not come with the hardware controller. It functions with an iLok dongle. When you purchase it from an online retailer like sweetwater, it should indicate if it comes with the hardware controller.

PedroRodrigues Hi alexkevork, sorry to barge in this conversation but it is important to take under consideration that we do not sell the physical controllers on our Web store, it is exclusively software.
For that please follow the link provided by my colleague on the message below.
A simple way to differentiate a Native Plug-in version from the version that is sold with the physical controller is the following:

      BRICKWALL HD-NATIVE : JUST THE NATIVE PLUG-IN

BRICKWALL HD-DT: THE PHYSICAL CONTROLLER AND THE CONTROLLING SOFTWARE (NOT THE NATIVE PLUG-IN)

Please follow the link below to access the product page.

I am about to swear off any future TC Electronic product.

I sent my polytune mini 3 in (they recieved it April 4; CAS-580135-D0W3P0). I have sent three emails attempting to get some sort of status update (April 4, 16, and 26); none of which have been responded to.

I was able to email with someone to get the RMA issues, but after that it's been radio silence. This is literally the worst customer service I've ever had (so much so, that I'm literally publicly complaining about it for the first time in my life).

OneGreySorrow1 It's funny, I've had the exact same experience and a very similar comment at WilliamR wrote here. Honestly, their customer support is an absolute bloody joke. I've been waiting nearly two weeks now and nothing. I agree, I will never buy another product from TC Electronic.
