Hi! I got my Plethora X5 as soon as it was available in Europe (around April/May) and have been using it ever since, so far I'm very happy with it (and the new 1.2 update only makes it better).
However, lately I've been noticing that the foot switches are becoming scratchy and harder to press - especially the ones that get pressed more often (1, 2 and 5 in my case). Is there any kind of maintenance that I should do, or could this indicate an issue with my particular unit?
No problems beaming toneprints from my new iPad, but when I tried to create my own it was a disaster. I used the cable that came with the pedal, connected to my iMac, and then after I tried sending a toneprint, the pedal was all screwy. The slot I was on had no signal at all, the two other slots were all crazy, and the stock delays were all blank. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, seemed to be back to normal, so I tried again with the computer hookup, and the same thing happened. It's like it fried the pedal.
Now I'm afraid it's permanently damaged.
Thoughts?
Hi,
I'm trying to get my Konnekt 8 to work on firewire with an iMac running High Sierra. I know I'm not the only one having problems with that - but right now I am hoping that the 3.6.1-driver will help me.
But - it isn't anywhere on the TC website even though they do mention it at least once in the software release notes...
HELP me, please... :-)
Hello, I have my Plethora for 5 days now and I enjoy it a lot. The new update is great.
But I miss 2 things : be able to see the values when using the Hot Knobz, maybe it is possible to show the 3 values for the Knobz as
soon as you tweak them.
be able to sync the tempo via midiclock.
Thank you for your work.
Cheers from Belgium
Hi,
I recieved my PX5 & I am unable to get the tuner screen to come up. Any suggestions? I have pressed down and held the button that says "Press to select" (upper right hand corner of peddle) & nothing happens.
In addition, I downloaded the latest firmware, but it doesnt seem to sink up whith the X5. Do I have to drag and drop it anyware?
Im not sure if I need the earlier firm ware updates, to get the latest update to load. Could this be part of the problem?
I would apprecite any feedback.
Thanks,
Jared
The URL given in the manual does not lead to anywhere that has toneprints for BH250. Can anyone tell me the correct one? There are no BH250 toneprints at tcelectronic.com/bh250/toneprints, which redirects to https://tcelectronic.com/tonePrints/tonePrint-library.html . Loads of pedals there but no bass amps.
The 1.2 upgrade is overall pretty awesome and it's very cool that feateures continue to be added. I have pretty basic Looper needs so was hoping the Plethora looper would be able to replace a separate looper pedal; however there seems to be no way send a midi command for it to STOP, similar to double tapping the Plethora Looper itself. To be clear, I'm trying ot go from recording a loop to having it paused for future playback. If you send a PAUSE command to the Looper while recording, it starts playing immediatly and I've tried various other midi command sequences to get it to STOP with no luck.
Is there a way to do this or can I request it for the next release?
Thanks so much for continueing to improve the product.
The Ditto+ looper product page does not have a manual for download, only the quickstart guide. Is there a manual available?
Hi,
I have updated my new X5 with the latest firmware and it all seems to work except the tuner. When I triple click the 5th button I can see the tuner screen but when I play a string it is dead ... no signal from the guitar seems to registering in tuner mode. It plays fine when not in tuner mode. Does anyone know what the answer is?
Thanks.
Patrick
I already updated. but any file format i copy to the ditto+ can't be played "file samplerate not supported" or "track too shot"
i tried every sample rate from 24bit "as advertised" to 16bit. and al;so tried mp3 with mp3 files they dont get recognized by the ditto as if the patch is empty
