    Unitune Clip purchased 1 month ago shows only one display. When Display Mode Button is pushed, nothing happens. Display shown is horizontal green LED line with short vertical green 
    LED line with red LEDs to either side to indicate flat/sharp.

    Anyone else have this problem?

      PedroRodrigues Hi BigHick11,please consider that to you must press the button identified with an arrow in red on the image below to allow you to change between Needle and Strobe tuning modes.
      Please consider that secondary display shows the detected note name for the currently-tuned string identified by an arrow in blue

        BigHick11 Hi Pedro,

        I am aware of the Display Mode Button, which I mentioned in my original post. Could you please confirm that there are 2 different displays - 1 for Strobe Mode and 1 for Needle Mode. I am only seeing 1 display when button is pushed.

    Hi, please watch the video. Do you know what the problem might be? Wiretap connects to the mobile phone via bluetooth. But the application dosnt work with the pedal and the connection is broken. I also tried with another phone and the same. Thanks.

    Hi, Im owning a mk1 system 6000. 
    It boots, but, I cannot pass further into the system (menu) any longer. It only allows me to enter into a minimal basic menu. 

    Someone told me its probably the main processor that broke. 

    I added a service ticket here, but without much result.. It went 'solved' without actually being solved or replied.. 



    What are my options here?? 

    Repair? Where to ask? Cost? 
    Upgrade to mk2? Where? Cost?
    Exchange/Crossgrade to newly announce Native version? Where? Cost?



    I'dd prefer the cheapest option (probably the last one) 


    Any info or help will be greatly appreciated.

      Firstly, I would like to ask your case number? It should start with CAS. It's possible someone responded and it landed in your SPAM/JUNK folder. Cases will auto resolve after about a week if you don't respond. Let me know the case number and I'll delve into it. Secondly, the original System 6000 have been obsolete for a very long time, and there are no parts/components left in the world, so repair is probably your least favorable option. Your best option would be to upgrade to a MKii system 6000. If you wanted to try for repair, either Thermal Relief Design in Las Vegas or Lifetime Services in NY would be a good option. For upgrades, you'll need to contact AVL Media and see if they can provide an upgrade package through their distribution network. If any packages are available, you'll need to contact service and arrange an RMA to have the item upgraded. Let me know if this helps.

    I have previous clients approaching me for the original sessions which contain several plugins from the Powercore I used to have in my studio.  Two of them want to add to the session for rerelease on their new project and not touch my mix otherwise.  These mixes are at least 8-10 years old and I no longer have the Powercore.   

    Have those plugins been assembled in a native bundle somewhere where I can repurchase or subscribe to them?  I am talking about plugins like the VocalStrip and ChorusDelay.  I am currently running ProTools Version 2020.11.0 on a 2019 Macbook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7 - 2.4 GHz 8 Core, Intel Core i9, and 64 Gigs of Memory.  Thank you.

    I tried to look through the website, but it's a little all over the place to me in the "Download" session.

    I am trying to get a G switch to work with my Nova System. I watched the video on You Tube. In the pedal menue. I set the type to G-switch but it does not change presets.

    Hi,

     

    Just installed the new version of VSS3 Native 2.0.0 - 3240.

    When recalling a Pro-Tools preset created with the previous version of VSS3 Native (1.2.0) Pro-Tools crashes.

     

    macOS 10.14.6

    Pro-Tools Ultimate 2020.12.0

    VSS3 Native 2.0.0-3240

    Hi: 

    I find that the flashback 2 volume level is too low especially for analog and tape delay settings, I have the level turned on max, but still could barely hear it, anything I can do to make it louder? The other settings' volume levels such as 2290 and crystal are ok

    Hi,
    Is it possible to take a backup of the pedealboards that I have created?
    Once before I've had the experience that some of my pedalboards dissaperd.
    In these kind of situations it would be great if I could reinstall a backup to the pedal instead of starting all ower again.

      PedroRodrigues Hi logp Please be aware that If you wish to return to template defaults on TonePrint App, you can simply click the Reload button next to the Template menu to reset the currently selected template to its default values. This will reset all knob assignments, modifier curves and parameter values to the defaults stored in this template.
      When it comes to PLETHORA X5, please be aware that each pedal “effect” in Plethora comes pre-loaded from the factory with all of the default TONEPRINT that the standalone stomp-boxes have.

      These “default TONERPINTS” will be displayed above the line on the TonePrint list when in edit mode and cannot be edited or removed from plethora. Below the line there is an editable list of TONEPRINTS which you can curate yourself with help from the TonePrint app.

      You can press and hold TonePrint knob on a highlighter TonePrint to delete from the list...

      There is currently no way to backup, share or import/export entire boards as presets, however you can restore all factory boards by going into Edit mode and navigating to

      SETTINGS > GLOBAL > SERVICE > FACTORY RESET


      Please be aware that performing a factory reset will completely reset all boards and delete any custom boards you have created yourself.
