      PedroRodrigues Hi Nurmie thank you for your post, please consider that back in 2011 we ceased further development of the PowerCore platform. Although we have been doing no official development with regard to the PowerCore software itself, for almost 7 years we were maintaining the PowerCore account system, and provided customer support for PowerCore users.
      As we were reorganising our server infrastructure as well as human resources, we came to the conclusion that we could not continue our current support of the PowerCore infrastructure. As of December 31st 2017, we have discontinued:
      • The PowerCore account system
      • Customer support for PowerCore
      Unfortunately, it is now no longer be possible to log into your PowerCore account to register products, transfer licenses etc. and we will no longer be providing customer support for the platform. There is of course nothing that prevents users from using their current PowerCore system, also, we will keep the PowerCore forum running. Thank you

        When are you going to support the LM2 and LMC for Apple M1? I rely heavily on these for my post production work. I'm using other products in the meantime which I don't like nearly as much. This has really tarnished TCE for me. I would be hesitant to purchased software products in the future. I'm running a Mac Studio with Monterey, PT 21.12. Is there any plan to update? Even the low dollar plug in companies have updated. I'm floored that we're having this kind of issue with a company like TCE. PLEASE HELP!

        PedroRodrigues Hi chrisarias, thank you for your question, before answering to your question I would like to first suggest you to post any of your questions instead of answering on someone else's post.

        When it comes to your question, please ponder that we are working as fast as possible to release a solution that would resolve the compatibility issue with M1 ARM architecture.

        I believe that it is important that everyone is aware that for TC ELECTRONIC to be able to release a version that operates on the M1, TC ELECTRONIC relies heavily on information on the M1 processing structure and other resources that only Apple owns and discloses at their own time.

        Without those resources creating this version would not be possible.

      Next question: i have a silver powercore firewire. this unit has 3 firewire ports, but 2 of them are not working. Is this a hardware problem or a driver problem? many thx again regards

    Hi.

    I hope you can help me. When using the Flashback 2 on the Plethora x5, the tap tempo works for all the settings except for 2290 4+8. and the 2290 8. time signatures. When tap tempo is assigned, there is ne delay at all, only the dry signal.

    When the tap tempo is not engages, these work fine, though. I've downloaded the version 1.3.11 again and re-ran the firmware update, but no change.

      Hi Pedro. I worked it out. I reverted back to the original firmware and then installed each firmware update in order. Probably unnecessary but it worked out. Thanks.

      Pedro, just a quick question. Would I be able to control the 2nd FSW function with the same MIDI CC value as the Pedal switch values eg. CC 102 for pedal 1 and pedal 1 2nd function, especially for tap tempo on the Delay and Tremolo.

        PedroRodrigues Hi ShaunCam, thank you for your question, please ponder that for TP pedals with TAP TEMPO mode (Pipeline + Flashback 2) you can choose 2ndary foot switch function, as MASH or Tap tempo . I hope this helps Thank you

    I have been using the mastering HD plug-ins since I went all ITB over a year ago and have been extremely happy. A good eq in front of it and a peak limiter behind it and that is my 80% remote rig with Wavelab. However, I do see some room for improvement but I noticed we seem to be stuck at V1.0

    where are we?

    on a side note. since I am so happy with native HD , I wonder if the TC limiter could replace my FabFilter peak at the end? I have never tried any of the stand alone stuff.

    I used my old SCF yesterday, but today it suddenly has no effect and is only passing the dry signal. The LED still moves to the rate of the Speed knob, and the Input Gain still works. The Intensity still works, too, e.g., when turned fully CW in P.M. mode, it even reduces the dry signal to almost nothing, as it should.

     

    So the pedal isn't dead. But no chorus, pitch modulation, or flanger effects are being produced. Please help.

    I would LOVE to buy a Plethora X5 for smaller board….I bought an X3 for big board…assuming this great sounding pedal would have the ability that pretty much any midi controllable pedal has…external clock sync….(My Bad)…. EXTREMELY disappointed that this basic functionality that pretty much ever professional giggin musician wants, and NEEDS, is not included. …LOVE the delays, but they’re pretty much useless to me without external sync…..The clumsiness of having to hold for tap tempo in the middle of a tune for lead, or bridge part of a song is insane. (I’d midi switch another board, but latency is a bit much)…..At the very least, allow for an option to stay in tap tempo mode, instead of automatically taking it away….then you could re-tap it coming back to original tempo…..I really miss giggin with my G Sys….you guys really nailed it with that one!….just too HUGE…lol….

    PLEEEEEEZ include external clock sync for X3 and X5 in an update SOOOON, so us giggin musicians can use this fantastic tool!….

    Ohhhhh, and a SAVE option so “on the fly” changes won’t bite you in the ass at your next gig…..love the pedal, and can work with any other “wish list“ stuff, but those 2 things are what’s keeping me personally from pulling the trigger on an X5….I hope somebody who can make a difference reads this…..

      Yup…me too…right now I have a tiny bit of down time, and I’m actually tryin ta utilize the X3 on my main board…pretty much useless for any kind of consistency from show to show without save function….and no tempo sync is just plain asinine ….such a shame….could be a fantastic piece of gear…..! I just realized you cannot leave hot knobs blank, as in do nothing….I had something I liked, reaching for the edit switch….bumped the knob, and had to go back and reset the damn thing……THAT WAS IT!….DONE….. as much as I like the FX, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my needs…

    Connected Clarity M Stereo to my Presonus Studio 1824C by Optical cable and by the supplied D-Sub cable but it doesn't respond.

    Tried various settings on both devices but still nothing.

      PedroRodrigues Hi Drax6491 thank you for your post, can you please confirm that your Presonus can output S/PDIF signals to feed the Clarity M, this unit does not operate with ADAT signals. When setting up your Clarity M via D-SUB cable can you please confirm that have you set up the correct Input and USB mode on the Clarity M to allow the unit to operate with those respective input signals.     Hey guys, 

     

    I have a TC Electronic RH750 amp purchased some time ago. The plastic knobs broke one by one and I was sent a new set by TC some 3 years ago. Everything worked just fine until last week when one knob felt down due to some cracks. How can I purchase a new set or individual knob for my amp? Any ideas?

        RickRossBell There should be a laugh emoji for this reply. Do you have any idea how many spare parts tickets I've submitted? How many calls and emails I've sent to the Service Partners? How many FB comments I've left? how many DMs I've exchanged with people who can help all the way until they tell me they can't because they're "tech support". Let me guess, you are also a 'tech support' guy and can't really help. TCE customer service is trash. We're simply asking for a dang knob or the truth. We're not getting either.

        RickRossBell There you go. They tell me over and over to check with service partners and then when I do, and roll snake eyes, I'm told to "check with them in the UK". Is that reasonable? For a dang knob? TCE better get their act together. The internet doesn't allow for this level of customer service to go unnoticed or unrecognized.

    Hey 6000 Fam,

    I've done something that I wouldn't advise you to do if you are not good at soldering and do not have the correct tools to do this. I've added an additional battery slot and installed voltage test ports on the rear of the 6000 frame so I can test the battery voltage on either of my two frames whenever I want. 

    Please see the attached video to see what I've CAREFULLY done without any issues.

    Is there a chance in hell of getting a replacement knob?  I've done several parts tickets, no luck.  I've called every single service partner in the USA, no luck.  I've reached out to TCE on facebook, no luck.  I've messaged the tech guys on this forum, no luck.  Very dissapointed in TCE customer service.

        RickRossBell Y'all are gonna have to come up with a place I can buy a knob, or block me. I'm not going anywhere. Buyers beware, this is how you will be treated when you ask where you can buy a replacement knob for a known problem.
