    At 4 ohms the BH800 has a power module rating of 800W, according to the manual. I believe this is continuous/RMS? 

    But what is the wattage at 8 ohms?

    When I go to the tc site and select spare parts it takes me to musictribe 

    can anyone direct me on how to order replacement knobs

    I like my VL3. but the size is a bit much for my pedalboard (I don't use the guitar effects). Is there another unit that has simular vocal effects, but is smaller? I like the 4 voice doubling and multi-voice harmonies.

      PROBLEM. The back of my device does not look like the picture of the one in the description. Mine has a blank silver sticker where the serial number used to be???

    Maybe the answer is out there somewhere already - but to be quite frank, it took me too long to even get here - or to get in touch in anyway with TC. I used to adore the company, it was a benchmark regarding being customer friendly and it's service. Now the benchmark that is left seems to be the sonic quality of their products. Which is still great.

    But here's my question: I've been a TC user for a long, long time. I started with the Powercore (in the days when it was still PCI) moved on to the Powercore Express and finally managed to make a dream come true when buying two units of the System 6000 plus the ICON remote. Now I saw the Native series coming up, but didn't even bother to try so far, as I think if TC values loyality and their customers at all, than a crossgrade option for all owners of the System 6000 should be a matter of course!

    So again: is there a crossgrade option and if not: really??

    Please don't make me dissapointed here.

    I have recently perchased a TC Helicon Perform-V and am unable to beam effects from the app.

    I have tried it so many times, with different devices and only managed to get it to work once but never again.

    I have now downloaded the voice support app for mac and am able to import effects to the unit via usb although voice support doesn't have as many preset options as the perform-v app does.

    Is there a way to get the beaming to work or can I get access to the full range of presets via a usb?

    Is this a common issue with this product or should I send it back for a replacement which works with beaming effects?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi RobF109, in most cases beaming will fail due to distortion being added to the signal. If you have not yet done so we would recommend trying the beaming process with the phone's volume at around 60 - 80% full, at 100% it is likely to add distortion.
      If you are also using an iPhone 7 or above please also experiment with the positioning of the phone, generally beaming works best when the speaker at the top of the phone is used rather than the bottom one.

      If you are still experiencing issues after this I would recommend submitting a technical support ticket so we may gain a better understanding of your setup. To do this please go to support at the top of the page, scroll down to technical support and fill in the form.

    Hi there,

    After my MD4 trial was over last week, I immediately bought the full version, as I'm in the middle of customer projects where MD4 was used.

    After the purchase came the shock, it takes 24 to 48 hours until the full version is unlocked. Where can you find something like that, it's 2021.

    And please, how do I explain to my customers that their projects won't be finished.

    A seamless transition from trial to full version simply has to be guaranteed in the professional sector.

    The highlight is yet to come ...

    It was now more than 60 hours ago that the MD Native Software was purchased and I haven't even received a purchase confirmation or activation yet. The money was of course debited immediately.

    That is not professional and an absolute cheek. I expect immediate activation and compensation for the trouble this caused.

        Double69 Hi Kyle, thanks for your quick reply. I have checked my spam folder every hour. I thought the delay is beacuse of weekend, but still haven´nt got any notification after my purchase. I also checked my ILok account for pending registrations, nothing. I also was searching for a dircte support contact, but could not find anything. All support links were routed to this page here.     Hello. My loops were unorganised so I sorted them on my computer. Now when I turn on the Ditto+ it says Disk Space Full. I have the exact same number of files. Am I not allowed to move WAV files around?

      WilliamR Hello, William from musictribe here. It sounds like you may have changed names/structure, so now the pedal will try to convert files to Backing Tracks (costing double memory) if the previously stored Backing Track files were not copied along from the track folder with the LOOP.wav files. Since the previous converted Backing track still resides in the folders, they use up data, and when the pedal starts, it will try to create new BTs for all files/folders that miss a matching one.

    I recently bought the TC G-system and have some SQS files that I want to put onto the G-box.  TC Electronic releases G-System Editor and Software 3.0 states you can download it, but when you press the “here”  link, all I get is the message 

    “…This www.tcelectronic.com page can’t be found…” (please see uploaded file)

    Hi,

    I bought the MASTER X HD DT yesterday.
    I tested the demo version a while ago. Now when starting the software apparently does not find the hardware. 
    The app constantly asks for the activation of the Ilok. Who can help me. I had no problems with any of the other controllers.

      Please make sure you are connecting directly to your computer and not to any USB Hubs. These can sometimes cause connectivity issues and stop the controller from communicating with your DAW.

      If you still can't get it to connect then please submit a Technical support ticket (Click support at the top of the page).
