    I made an misstake, buying the wrong version of the SYSTEM 6000 Native Bundle.  (my bad)

    I bought SYSTEM 6000 NATIVE BUNDLE, UPGRADED FROM VSS3 NATIVE for $ 599 but made a mistake, I have no previous version of SYSTEM 6000!

    Now I want that refund so I can buy the right version of the SYSTEM 6000 Native Bundle.
    I contacted Musictribe the same day I bought the wrong version, just hours after buying the product.

    I have been contaced by [email protected] saying; Hello Peter, You can file a claim on your PayPal account for refund. Then you can avail/purchase the item you want. I hope this helps. Thank you

    The problem is that PayPal says that the seller has to do the refund. I have given them all the information but they has not coming back. 

    The information from PayPal is:

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, have sent a double payment by mistake or want to cancel your transaction for any other reason, you can request a refund by sending an email to the seller. Ask the seller to go to the 'Transaction Details' page for your transaction and click on Issue a Refund. You can request a refund up to 180 days after you have paid for the item.

    Here's how to find the seller's contact information:

    1.Click History.

    2.Click on the transaction for which you want a refund.

    3.Use the contact information to send an email to the seller.

    I can not reach your website today due to issues with your site. I have tested Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge and they all say the same.

    So I have tried to contact them thru [email protected] but they have not responded to me.

      The only way to process a refund would be to raise a dispute through Paypal. This will then trigger an email with our AR team to deal with the request.

     I bought VSS4 HD but did not receive any activation code email. I've checked all mailboxes and there's nothing from Musictribe.

      Please check your Spam/Junk folder as sometimes the email is routed to here.
      If you still dont have it then please submit a tech support ticket with your iLok user ID and a screen shot of your order confirmation and we can manually deposit the license for you.

    Bought the Bundle 2 days ago, didn't receive any confirmation mail, checked my spam as proposed, nada.
    Checked Paypal, money's out, so that worked. Opened a ticket, with all the informations needed, received a reply with a generic answer to send the information I had actually just send. Then sending a reply mail to [email protected] tells me to open a ticket, what I actually did and from where I got the reply to answer to [email protected] So what's going on here? Really upset here...

    I feel pain every time I try and navigate this site.

    So I am trying to register VSS3 in the hope of being to download the new version (which I'm sure will be another rigmarole). I cannot register VSS3 because the brand drop-down does not work (see attached pic).

    I had to jump through hoops to even register this account, now I can't actually do anything. I cannot even create a support ticket because that also needs the brand selecting, so I cannot even contact support to tell there is an issue with the support form! Genius. 

    I woud like to add this is the most awful portal I have had the misfortune to use. Finding this forum is a chore, and I couldn't even post earlier for some reason. Please tell me someone is working on improving it.

    Ok, firstly having to register on the forum of an incredibly slow website is just not acceptable a way to get support, especially when the super long questionnaires to get registered and then start a ticket don't even list the product in question.

    I purchased VSS4 2 days ago. No license is forthcoming. ilok ID is same as my username above, and I can submit proof of Paypal payment to music tribe, I already emailed it to [email protected] 

    Can we PLEASE get a license sent out??? Thank you.

    I am running a BAM 200 through a RX210 and a RS212 currently. I saw a video on your site that said  most TC Electronics bass amps could handle 3 cabinets, which would push the ohm load to 2.66ohms

    My question is will my little BAM 200 handle this, and if not which TC Electronics bass amp will?

    Hello,

    On the Plethora X5, I would like to kick off the echo while having it finish the last decaying echoes versus just a hard stop of sound.  Is this possible via the Toneprint app?  I have tried to find where I would allow echos to ring after turning off effect but can't find anything. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

      PedroRodrigues Hi gman5920 please consider that you just need to set your Plethora to "buffered bypass" to get Delay/reverb spill-over . Set it under : GLOBAL SETTINGS/PRODUKT SETTINGS/BYPASS TYPE) I hope this helps.

    Hi experts,

    I want to use my Yamaha FC9 as an expression pedal with my G-System. I have connected it to the expression pedal input on the control board using a stereo cable.

    When I calibrate the pedal, the LCD on the G-System displays 23 in the minimum position (heel down) and 63 in the maximum position. It actually displays 63 at about the middle position of the pedal. Moving the pedal further to the maximum position does not change this reading.

    Consequently, when using the pedal to control a Wah Wah effect, the sound changes quite strong near the mimium position. From the middle to the maximum position, you can observe no further sound change.

    The FC9 has a 50kOhm linear potentiometer. The end terminals are connected to sleeve and tip. The wiper connects to the ring.

    I checked the resistance of the FC-9 with a multimeter.
    Sleeve - Ring
    Minimum position: < 0,1 kOhm
    Middle position: ~25kOhm
    Maximum position: 48 kOhm

    Sleeve - Tip: Always 48 kOhm

    One more thing. When I connect the expression pedal to the GFX01 instead of the control board, the readings during calibration are 23 for the minimum and 85 for the maximum position (and like before it reads 85 from the middle to the maximum position of the pedal).

    Please advise. Could this be some electronic malfunction or defect of the G-System (displays 23 when the resistance is less than 0,1kOhm)? Or do I simply have to use an expression pedal with a 25kOhm linear pot in order to make use of the full mechanical range of the pedal?
