    Hello,
I downloaded and installed version 1.1.02 for mac of voicesupport 2, and now it gives me the following message: The application “VoiceSupport2” can’t be opened.
and also this message: “VoiceSupport2” will damage your computer. You should move it to the Bin.
What could be the problem ?
I downloaded the app from the official TC Helicon website.

WilliamR We have recently posted The latest mac build on the website and should no longer have any issues. It should install without warning about malware having any issues launching.

    Hey folks,

I've been dealing with an issue with my GoXLR Mini for several weeks now and have not been able to find a discussion or solution regarding anything similar.

For context, I bought my GoXLR Mini in March of 2021 and have had 0 issues with it until recently. As for the issue, every time I boot my PC, the faders on the interface do not work until I unplug the device and plug it back in. Upon booting, my audio and mic work, but the faders do not when moved. The LEDs under the faders don't even change. The only temporary fix I've found is to unplug the device and plug it back in. Other fixes I have tried (that did not work) include restarting my PC, restarting the app, and changing device/mic profiles. There has been no obvious firmware/software updates prior to the problem. I engaged the TC Helicon Gaming Discord for support but never recieved a response.

Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank You!

PedroRodrigues Hi griffinschulte, thank you for your post, please ponder that the GOXLR MINI does not offer mechanised Faders this unit uses a fader latching mechanism, this means that that you need to move the physical fader across the LED lights on the fader to "latch on" and control them. Please confirm that the GOXLR App say "GOXLR connected via USB" in the bottom left.
When restarting please, try moving the faders up then back down and see if it picks up and controls the audio levels again.
Also note that the levels are saved by your profile, so if you adjust your levels, then don't save your profile, none of those changes will save. Doing that then restarting can really make the latching thing a bigger issue, since you will have to make large movements to latch up again.
For last please bear in mind that LEDs on the faders will not be as accurate as they would be on the GOXLR that uses motorised faders. This is a common behaviour on devices with non-motorized (latching mechanism) faders. I hope this clarifies this matter. Thank you

So I just reconnected my Go XLR due to getting a Blue Sona. I'm having every issue under the sun with it.

I have tried several headsets plugged into line out and get no audio, and stuttering audio when I try the headphone jack.

OBS tries to route all audio through the Mixer and I get doubling on all sounds.

I finally fixed hearing myself through the mic.

I'm not sure what to do with the routing table, or what I can do to fix the audio stuttering when coming through headphones.

    Hello,

I switch between speakers and headphones frequently. My speakers are the Logitech G560 speakers that use USB to control and change different settings with the speakers that you wouldn't be able to through basic AUX.

With the GoXLR software, sending different applications to different virtual inputs and outputs, such as Spotify to the GoXLR Music output within windows; if I were to swap to my speakers from headphones I will not hear anything due to Spotify still being routed to the GoXLR.

Would the only way to use the GoXLR with my particular setup be connecting my speakers to the GoXLR via AUX and lose the other functionality of the speakers, or having to manually change the routing of applications in Windows everytime I swap outputs from GoXLR to another device? Is there anyway I can still use USB speakers properly?

      NicJonesMT Hi SleepyJay.
Go into your Windows Sound Settings and select App Volume and Device Preferences. With Spotify playing audio, change the Output option in this menu to your Logitech Speakers. You should now hear the music from your speakers.

Yep okay. So there's no way to make this work well with my setup without it being tedious. I'll have to find another product

I just downloaded the GoXLR app yesterday.  I can record and play back a recording through Sampler, I can add a clip and play through Sampler all just fine through my headphones.

However, when I route it through the channel, no one can hear it but me.  I have even checked every box in the routing tree in case I missed one.

I have saved my profile and restarted the app, I have also (I think) made sure all my window settings are correct as well.

Can someone help me with what I have missed?

      NicJonesMT Hi Arcticwolf.
If you sending the sampler through to a chat app, then please ensure that any Noise cancellation and Auto Gain settings are disabled.
I'd also recommend trying the following:

      1. With your GO XLR connected and app open go to the Sound Icon on the Windows toolbar.
      2. Right click this icon and select "Sounds".
      3. In the Playback tab check to see if the Sample Icon is set to disabled, please repeat this for the Recording tab also.
      4. If it is disabled please right click it and enable it. If the Sampler is activated already, please disable and then re-enable.
      5. Right click the Sampler and go to Properties  > Levels. Ensure the Level fader is set to maximum and not muted.
      6. Power cycle your computer and then test. The samples should now playback correctly.

I'm having a hard time finding any documentation on the switch3 mapping features of the latest firmware for Voicelive Play.

I am trying to map any one of the switches to the "hit" function so I can trigger it remotely.

    Thank you

kiskadar69 Starting from a certain firmware, the blue VoiceLive Play has a CONTROL parameter, which must be set to "CUSTOM", so the Switch-3 switches can be programmed with the following functions: Loop Rec/Play, Loop Stop/Clear, Loop Undo, Loop Start/Stop, 1 BTN Looper, Tap Tempo, Harmony On/Off, Delay On/Off, uMod On/Off, Transducer On/Off, Hardtune On/Off, Doubling On/Off, Reverb On/Off, Preset Down, Preset Up, Hit. If you assign the Harmony or Delay function to one of the buttons, you can also select the momentary mode for both separately.
Unfortunately the procedure is not described in the VoiceLive Play manual (TC-Helicon has not updated the manual). Press the SETUP button and scroll to the tab where the Switch-3 mode can be set (LOOP MODE or CUSTOM). If no such setting is found, the VoiceLive Play firmware must be updated.

Dears, I'm a singer / synth player. I've been performing live for the past 2 years and unfortunately there are many venues without a proper voice/guitar (mic or floor) monitor, which might lead to a bad performance.

I don't seem to be able to find the VoiceSolo FX150 or the Singthing at any store. What am I missing? are they discontinued or are there new products? would you recommend me any other product?

    Thank you so much!

I have a GoXLR Mini and When I turn on my PC my audio does not come to my headphones for a solid 30 minutes and intermittently cuts in and out when it does come back. Does anyone have an Idea why this is happening? I tried reinstalling the software and the issue persists.

PedroRodrigues Hi amconrad96, thank you for your post, in this case I would first suggest that you update your BIOS and the USB DRIVERS on your MOTHERBOARD. When this process is concluded you can then shift your attention to your GOXLR configuration process. Please make sure that you have installed the latest GOXLR APP and that your USB CABLE is in good conditions. When it comes to your headphones, lease confirm that you are you using a 1 x 1/8" TRS, stereo to connect your headphones. Please check the video below that will be very useful on this matter:

Everytime, when I start my Computer, I have to reconfigure the "Mic Setup"-settings. I'm using a condenser-microphone with 48V, but after every restart, it changes to "Dynamic"

I recently pulled out my voice live one to practice for a live gig. It's been about ten years since last used it. It fired up and the digital display is working properly but I'm not getting any output or signal. I've tried it on a PA system, amplifier and even garage band. All of these worked before but maybe my set up is wrong since it has been ten years. Mic goes into xlr input and the xlr out is what goes into the amp or daw interface and guitar can run through the guitar input right?  am missing a step or plugging into the wrong place?

kiskadar69 This is a VoiceLive Touch.

      1. When you sing into the microphone, does the LED on the front panel flash green? If not, try adjusting the Input Level Control pot on the side (there's a "mic" picture next to it).
      2. If you have a condenser mic, you'll need to turn on the phantom power in VoiceLive Touch.
      3. Do you hear any signal at the TRS OUT L and R connectors?

I think it’s broken. It’s not even picking up the guitar.

      kiskadar69 4. PERFORMING A RESET
You can return all setup, preset and Favorite values to factory values in one reset operation. This cannot be undone. To reset all:
      4.1. Power up
4.2. When the version number is shown in the display hold the Bass, Low and the top Octave harmony voicing buttons until you see “Factory Init”.
      4.3. Release.

      5. "it’s not even picking up the guitar": if you plug the guitar into GUITAR IN, is GUITAR THRU completely silent?

      6. Are you using the correct power supply (12VDC, center negative, minimum 1A)?
