Nigel Turner Hi, you need to download Voicesupport, connect your VL3X to it and then upgrade your unit. If you go to the link below and click on the software tab at the right hand side of the page, then you can download voicesupport. If the unit still plays up, then please go to the support tab at the top of the page and submit a Technical request ticket and one of my colleagues will be able to help you further

  • I perform as a one man band, through background tracs. I play my own rhythms and leads on the guitar, but since I have moved my stage setup to look different than just acoustic, I'm wondering how do I setup my Harmony Singer 2, to work through a pedal board? Where do I place it in the chain of pedals. Will it work this way?

Joe Rivers Hi Mel, there is no set rule to where you put this pedal. Essentially, you want to make sure the chords entering the pedal are clear in order to make the harmonies as effective as possible. So placing this after any reverb/delay pedals may cause confusion.

Hi I recently needed service on my VL-2 .part of the troubleshooting required a reset to factory. Doing this I lost all the presets I had added from the "500 preset mega download. I can`t find any links to the mega download so I could reinstall them. Could you please help me by posting a link to where I could download the mega download file

    thanks

How do you connect what you are hearing in your headphones to garage band in a Mac book pro? Sorry, I'm a newbie to all of this.

I have a VL3 set up with a BeatBuddy, where the BB is supplying MIDI tempo, and this is working correctly. I can create new loops while the BB is playing, and these loops are sync'd correctly with the tempo and have precisely the correct length. So far so good.

I also have a VL3 preset with a prerecorded Loop assigned to it, and in this example we'll say the Loop was recorded at 100 BPM, again while under the BB MIDI tempo control. When I play back this prerecorded loop to a same BB song set to 100 BPM, the Loop is exactly the correct length because it was recorded at that same tempo, HOWEVER, when the loop starts is entirely dependent on the precise time I press the VL3 footswitch (assigned to start the loop). What I'd like to be able to do is to start the Loop and have it sync (or snap) to the BB's MIDI, so that if my footswitch click is off by a fraction of a beat, it syncs up correctly (kind of like when you record a loop and/or overdub in the first place). Is this possible? I don't see any settings or any way otherwise to do this, so I'm dependent on my accuracy of pressing the footswitch.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi community.

As I wrote in the subject, I really wonder why that amazing Mic got discontinued too soon, considering that the older models (76 and 70) are still in the market.

Now, I'm really worried about what would happen if the only MP-76 that I've got 2 years ago gets damaged or something (I'm from Chile) and that's why I really wish to buy an spare one, or ask about if there is any plan (maybe it's ongoing already) to manufacture an upgrade of the "MCA100 Mic Control adapter" to a version with fully 4 buttons.

I really need it, for my live performances the 4 buttons are a MUST to have.

    Best regards everybody!
