    I am inquiring to see if TC Helicon has any plans to release an updated version of the VoiceTone Harmony-G XT. I find the feature set of the G XT is a great middleground between the Harmony Singer 2 and the VoiceLive Play harmonizers. In addition, the footprint (dimensions) make the G XT a good addition to a pedal board.

    I considered buying a used G XT - which are hard to find - but, given the age of the G XT I felt it might not be the best sounding unit.

      kiskadar69 TC-Helicon already did an online poll in 2017 on what a "new" Harmony-G XT should be able to do. Someone was missing the momentary mode to turn the Harmony on/off. What ideas do you have?

      kiskadar69 "the footprint (dimensions) make the G XT a good addition to a pedal board": you are right. I use VoiceTone Harmony-M, which is the same size.

    Thank you for informing us of the error message that appears when opening Voicesupport 2.  We are now working towards a fix, and this will be implemented as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date as to when this might be.  As soon as the fix is released, we will post an update via this platform to inform you. 

    If you wish to just make edits to your preset or save, backup and export them, this is still possible.  To do this you will need to disconnect your computer from the internet prior to opening the Voicesupport 2 application.  Doing so will still allow these functions, but for the time being, it will not be possible to update your device.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we hope this helps in the meantime.

    I would like to know if it has the latest firmware installed. How can I check it?

      thank you! unfortunately VoiceSupport doesn't even starts... it complains that the TC Helicon servers are unreachable. they acknowledged the issue but it's still uresolved

    The voice support 2 recognizes my duplicator pedal but says no internet connection

    My pedsl description says it has both high and low octives but can only get low octave

    The support videos say download firmware update and voice support 2

    When I go to the downloads the only downloads it shows for the duplicator pedal is documentation and media

      There are currently some issues with the Server, which is what is causing the Internet Connection error. The development team are aware of this and are currently working on a fix, but at this time we can't give you an ETA for when this will be resolved.

    Hello all - 

    I'm on my 3rd VL3X but this problem remains. I get a very audible pop / ping / beep noise when changing presets or going in or out of tuner mode. If I'm going to a preset with any gain or a lot of reverb the sound is significantly louder. 

    I'm really not enjoying this but I've swapped units twice (thank you Sweetwater) and taken it in to my local tech.

    Anyone else experience this or (better still) find a solution?

    Hi,

     

    My Voicelive 3 USB port is no longer recognized when I plug into my pc.

    I also cannot use it to connect external devices.

    Upon cloer inspection it appears that the usb connector is no good.

    What do I do at this point to repair it?

    Hi:

    I have been looking to buy a VoiceLive 3 Extreme for a few months. I have had an order in place with one site (who was predicting 6-8 weeks availability from when I placed the order in early July) and have signed up for availability notifications from 2 others. I have chatted online with all three and though they were giving estimates two months ago, they are now saying that have no predicted dates for availability after saying they thought shipments were imminent. 

    I saw in a previous thread where the TC-Helicon rep recommended talking to the retailers who sell them to get supply information from them.  

    The retailers are telling me they don't have any stock and have no idea when they will be getting more in stock.

    Can you shed any light on the supply situation?

      alanmccann Of course, just as I post this, I get a notification from the retailer that I had ordered with that my order is being shipped to today (after being told this morning that they didn't have any stock and didn't know when stock was coming in). I'm excited !
