Hi, will VoiceSolo FX150 and other missing (Slovakia & middle Europe) products of yours available for purchase again or has the production been discontinued?

    Thanks!

      DavidKnighton Hello Gaudelier,
We are unable to provide logistical answers on this forum, specifically because our team is not involved with product distribution to our super partners. You will need to reach out to the regional super partner directly, or you can submit a PRE SALES inquiry using the SUPPORT tab at the top of the page.

WilliamR Hello, William from musictribe. Could you click on the support link up above and create a technical support case? This will require a little bit more in-depth troubleshooting.

can i update firmware even if i have an older unit? (2) what is the exact name of the type of usb connector on the back of the playacoustic? thanks!

    • slipperman
      DavidKnighton Hello slipperman,
The USB connector on the rear is referred to as "MINI USB", not to be confused with the smaller micro USB. It should not matter whether it's older or not, you should be able to update firmware just fine.

In case that is so, Cheers to all the mod's. You've all been great. Mucho respect to you all. Through all my moaning about this web-site/forum? You've all done a stirling job under difficult circumstances.

(If i could figure out how to reply to messages on this (forum?), I would have probably been shown the door before i could say the above, so I thought i'd say it now...in case i don't get a chance later. :)  )

PetGerbil I cannot complete my internet flounce as I don't appear to be able to delete my account. It e-mails me the 2 stage code, but when i enter it, it says "Sorry there's a problem, try again later." It's almost as if Uli Behringer wants to keep peoples details for his nefarious schemes, while encouraging people to leave.?

Perhaps that's why this "forum" has got 240,000 members and yet only 116,000 posts.(at least 100 of those posts are me moaning... :P )

PetGerbil I suppose I could start posting some more of my "witticisms" on the news/product release page... They always seem to go down well.

What is the difference betweem "hard tune"and "pitch control"? Do they function in cojunction or are they seperate functions.

    Thanks

    • martwyatt100
WilliamR Hello, the hard tune effect would give you the Cher Tpain effect, often called autotune and it is treated as a separate effect block. The pich correct effect is a little more subtle which bumps you into key without being so obvious. You Can use them seperately.

Hi , hope someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I have a voicelive play gtx ,a voicelive 3 which work fine on voicelive support 2 on my pc.

I have purchased a second hand voicelive 3 extreme and when I tried to connect to pc with voicelive support2 it will not connect to the new device saying another device is in use .

Just wondered if anyone has an idea if I am doing something wrong ?

    thank you in advance.

kiskadar69 VoiceSupport: Device is "In Use
Question: When I check the status of my TC Helicon device within VoiceSupport, it says the device is "In Use" and I can't update firmware or manage presets. What do I do?
Answer: First off, if you are using a unit with both MIDI ports and USB, please make sure that MIDI control is set to USB in Setup. If this has no effect, please try the following: This error is especially prevalent in Windows 7 64 bit, but can affect other Windows based installations as well. There are a couple of reasons behind the "In Use" error, both of which are Microsoft errors, not a direct issue with VoiceSupport or your device. The possible solutions to these errors require registry editing within Windows. A helpful TC-H user has created an .exe file to automatically try to resolve the problem for you. With any 3rd party application, we cannot be responsible for any negative outcome as a result of using the software, so use it at your own risk.
Download and install/run the MIDI Cleaner application: http://www.voiceliveeditor.com/index.php/utilities
Select all but one of the instances of the MIDI driver from the main window. Click the "Clean From Registry" button.
If the "Create Upper Filters" Icon is highlighted, click that too.
      Close the program.
Disconnect the TC Helicon device from your USB port.
      Reboot the computer.
Reconnect your TC Helicon device and let any drivers install.
      Restart VoiceSupport.
In VoiceSupport, you should no longer see the "In Use" message. If you now see "Not a TC-H Device" as the status, you should refer to this FAQ for further instructions.

    Hi all

Wondering if any is kind enough to help.

Im having issues getting any sound from my blender. I have drivers installed and can see it is connected via the app. Using Win 10 and Ableton 11. Trying to get some Korg Volcas to 'sound' but nothing. In fact since buying it I have only ever been able to use it via headphones.

In truth I dont understand this at all. Struggling with connections for a wide range of kit.

So how does anyone using this kit for ableton and external synths get sound in ableton?

    Thanks

    Matthew

Need to download manual for TC Helicon Harmony 2. Also I note it is design for guitar input. How about a digital piano?

Can it handle that or not reccomended?

      kiskadar69 1. TC-Helicon Harmony Singer 2 Quick Start Guide:
      https://mediadl.musictribe.com/media/PLM/data/docs/P0DDV/HARMONY-SINGER-2_QSG_WW.pdf

      2. "How about a digital piano? Can it handle that or not recommended?": if you run audio from your keyboard through a Harmony Singer, it'll work just fine. You'd get the best results if you only send left hand chord stuff and also have chorus/reverb off on the keyboard output.
For a digital piano, a TC-Helicon harmonizer with a MIDI In would be better.
