I have the TC Helicon Ditto Mic Looper and the TC Helicon Duplicator pedal for vocals. Is there a way I can connect them and use both of them at the same time?

    Thanks!

PedroRodrigues Hi sadieh, thank you for your post, you can set up multiple TC HELICON pedals to allow the signal to flow through all the pedals on that chain, and the the TC Helicon Ditto Mic Looper and the TC Helicon Duplicator are not an exception. Please check the image below where you see a set up using the TC Helicon Ditto Mic Looper with a TC Helicon Harmony Singer, use the image below as a template and replace the TC Helicon Harmony Singer for the TC Helicon Duplicator and you will be good to go. Thank you

    Hello,

My mini quit working after a driver update and my pc no longer recognizes the device. I updated the driver because I was getting loud pops in my headphones, then I heard and felt a loud pop from the GoXlr Mini. After the driver update application successfully installed the new driver,  the mini is no longer listed in the available sound output devices.  I created a ticket week ago and have not been responded to about this and hopefully getting a new unit shipped to me as I do feel the unit I received is defective. The case number issued to me is:

     CAS-595726-G2G3C3

I purchased the unit through Amazon a little over one month ago, but the that return window has closed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Hey there, is it possible to transfer presets in between a Voicelive Play and Play Acoustic voice processor, using Voice Support?

Any support here would be appreciated!

PedroRodrigues Hi danielburke19, thank you for your post, please ponder that the vocal FX on these two units are the identical, but you will see some different presets available on the Play Acoustic due to the guitar Input. The VOICESUPPORT 2 is purely a presets management and firmware update software that will load presets dedicated to each unit reflecting the unit’s features. Thank you

My MP-75 control button periodically stops working.

Who can I send it to for repair?

I wanted to update my TC Helicon PLAY ACOUSTIC in VoiceSupport 2. But instead VoiceSupport installed the firmware of the Voicelive Play on it. Now I'm unable to use the the guitar input anymore and I can't reach the guitar fx menu.
Is there a chance I can install the Play Acoustic firmware again?
I tried to find it in the VoiceSupport Software but had no luck.
I'm from China, and my English is not very good. I hope you can understand my expression, and I'm very anxious for your reply. Now my equipment can't be automatically upgraded by the official upgrade tool, so I may need to manually add firmware to restore the equipment. Can you provide me with this attachment?       PlayAcoustic firmware

WHEN PLAYING THE GUITAR IT GENERATES THE SOUND OF THE CHORD... BUT THIS SOUND IS SUDDENLY LOST AND SILENCES. I HAVE TRIED TO MODIFY SOME GUITAR EFFECT PARAMETER, IN SET UP I HAVE TRIED TO MODIFY SOMETHING AND I DO NOT GET RESULTS. ALSO, MY ACOUSTIC GUITAR HAS A FISHMAN BRAND PICKUP ATTACHED NEAR THE NECK, I HAVE CONNECTED THE GUITAR DIRECTLY TO THE FENDER TWIN BRAND AMP AND IT SOUNDS GOOD WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, I HAVE READ THE MANUAL COMPLETELY AND I CAN'T FIND THIS POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. TO FINALIZE, I BOUGHT THIS PEDAL VIA THOMMAN.COM AND IT ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE IN MEXICO WITHOUT ANY PACKING OR HAMMER PROBLEMS.
    THANK YOU

    Greetings,

Looking for a good small mixer match for my VL3X. I'm running mono with just acoustic guitar and vocals direct into my QSC K12 powered speaker but want more control over volume.

Here's my issue. I can't seem to open up my QSC's sensitivity(volume)control beyond the 8'Oclock position(so two notches) and even that is a bit loud for small space practice. At 7'Oclock (or the first notch) there is no signal.

I'm wondering if a mixer will allow me to open up the speaker a bit more (most recommendations for best response QSC setting is around the 12 O'clock position) ,but also have more control to level the volume down without the signal disappearing.

    Could a mixer resolve this?

Also small mixer preference is very subjective, but any suggestions for a good match for my VL3X?

I love my the possibilities and tone the VL3X has opened up for my set but I hesitate to practice because I don't want to blow the windows out.

In retrospect, now that the venues have gotten smaller, the K10 might have been a better match but I'm way past that point now.

Cheers to anyone who might have some thoughts!

kiskadar69 If the "SETUP" / "Output Tab" / "XLR Output Level" parameter is set to "Line Level", set it to "Mic Level".

Paul_Vannatto Ahh... the other way around. If it is too loud at 8 O'clock position, the speaker input is set to mic level. Change that to line level.

ChrisEdwards1 Hi kk101, Unfortunately, there is no diagram showing the information you are after, however, if you hook your FB 2 up to the TonePrint editor you would be able to see this in real time if you were to edit a TonePrint.

Is it possible to use the Vouce perform as a send and return effects unit with a desk?

I want to set tempo via MIDI in my Perform VK. The manual says the device will resond to MIDI Tempo, but not MIDI Clock. What is "MIDI Tempo", and what commands do I use to send it? Specifically, how can I set tempo via MIDI with the Perform VK.

soundog Well, after testing things I find that the Perform VK will respond to MIDI clock (despite the manual's advise). If there are other ways to specify tempo via MIDI, I would love to hear about it!

PedroRodrigues Hi soundog, please be aware that the PERFORM-VK responds to Control Change (CC), Program Change (PC) and MIDI Tempo (not MIDI Clock) information. To block incoming CC and PC messages, hold the Set button while powering on. Note data will still be accepted in this state.
For convenience, we have mapped many PERFORM-VK CC’s to the Behringer UMA25s controller keyboard.
The “UMA25s Mapping” column shows the button or control on the UMA25s related to each control.
MIDI PC Messages The product’s 3 presets correspond to Program Change Bank 0: 125, 126, 127
MIDI CC List The following chart shows a list of all available control changes.
The MIDI channel can be set by holding the Set button and pressing a note on a connected MIDI keyboard.
The MIDI channel on which this note was sent will be used as the MIDI receive channel.
      (PICTURE 1)
Regarding the RPn/nRPn Implementation, the RPN 0: Pitch Bend Sensitivity. This is a standard way to change pitch bend range.
When it comes to MIDI Tempo, the Perform-VK responds to incoming MIDI tempo and will adjust system Tap Tempo accordingly.
When controlling harmony via MIDI, in either Notes mode or NaturalPlay, it is sometimes desirable to have one section of the keyboard designated to sending that control information. It could be the area that your left hand is, to play chords of harmonies.
In order to designate an area of the keyboard to respond to, a Split Point is set.
Any notes, either above or below the split point, are deemed useable by the system. Notes outside the range are rejected.
To set the Split Point, hold the SET button and press the note on your keyboard that you want to act as the split note.
Then, to choose a split ABOVE that note, release the split note and press a note ONE SEMITONE ABOVE your split note.
To choose a split BELOW, release the split note and press a note ONE SEMITONE BELOW your split note.
This creates a split, above or below, with no transposition.
In order to set a split point AND transpose the incoming MIDI notes, you will choose a different note in place of the ABOVE/BELOW notes mentioned above. It will seem a bit confusing, but does allow you to make both a split above/below point AND transpose either up or down.
      (PICTURE 2 )
In the chart above, “X” is the split note, the point at which you want to split the keyboard, as explained previously.
To facilitate things like “split above, but transpose down” we need to have settings both above and below your split point, that is where the chart comes in.
For example, if you want to split ABOVE middle C, typically known as C4, but transpose DOWN so that C4 is actually C2, you’d do the following:
      1. Hold SET
      2. Press middle C (C4)
      3. Press the note 6 SEMITONES DOWN from middle C (F#)
If you want to split BELOW middle C (C4) and transpose up so that C4 is C6, you’d:
      1. Hold SET
      2. Press middle C (C4)
      3. Press the note 2 SEMITONES DOWN from middle C (A#)
You may need to experiment a bit to figure this out, but it does give you the ability to set your split point, split direction and transposition very quickly.
      I hope this helps.

      Thank you

Thank you, but you did not answer my question. Instead, you copied and pasted a section of the user manual. I have read the manual. It also does not answer my question. I will try to ask again in a different way:

What command would I send to the PERFORM-VK to set the tempo to 110 bpm, for example? Please tell me how to set or send “MIDI Tempo."
