I Know I can block midi program and CC data by holding set and turning on the VK, but can this be made a permanent setting, as it was on the older Harmony-M unit?

      NicJonesMT Hi DennisMilson.
I will need to raise this with the development team to see if it is possible.

What I would recommend is to submit a Technical Support ticket (Click Support at the top of the page) and we can then get some setup info from you, and link this case with the Development team.

I am having trouble with my GoXLR where the channel/mixer icon displays have stopped working.

I have created MULTIPLE tickets, and attached a (.jpg) picture showing the issue to each ticket.

Every time, I get an email replying to the ticket, asking for a picture of the issue, and saying that I should 'reply to this email with a picture' - HOWEVER, every email I receive is from:

Music Tribe Customer Quality <[email protected]>

(or at least has that address as the sender in the email header, as well as the reply-to address).

And wouldn't you know it? that email address can't accept incoming emails!:

Please be aware that the outgoing E-Mails from Music Tribe are from "[email protected]". Ensure that this is marked as a safe email address in your email provider inbox and keep an eye on your Spam/Junk email in case these are auto routed there. This is an outgoing email box only and does not receive direct incoming emails

So, since nobody in customer service when responding to my tickets gives me an email address to send to, and just says to reply to their email....all I can do is send my responses into the black hole.

In my latest ticket I pointed out this fact, and it doesn't appear that I am properly conveying how impossible it is for me to respond to their emails, as I got his in the latest response:

You are correct when you mentioned that '[email protected]' does not accept any incoming E-mail, this E-mail address has been deactivated for some time now and any communication must be done via Music Tribe portal

...please attach when replying to this E-mail...

So...how exactly am I supposed to communicate with support? I am really losing my patience at this point.

Nigel67 Hi Veritas1000. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused in you trying to contact us. The [email protected] e-mail addresses are switched off and all communication with Support is done via our CRM Ticketing system. Please fill in a Technical Support ticket and we will be able to help you further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket. You will receive an automated reply with a case number. Please check your spam / junk box if you do not receive one. A colleague will then get back to you shortly with a reply.

Veritas1000 As I said, I have done this (created tickets) multiple times already. When I receive the reply from the customer service person - it comes to my email. They then _tell me_ to send an email back by _replying_ which sends the email to the [email protected] address. How is that supposed to work?

      • How am I supposed to communicate with Support?
Nigel67 Hi Veritas1000. Yes, when you reply that goes back into our ticketing system and the colleague who has your ticket is notified that you have replied, however you cannot send a brand new e-mail to us using the [email protected] e-mail. Let me check your account in our system and see where your e-mail is.

Nigel67 Hi Veritas1000. I have found your cases
On Case CAS-498087-J4V6S7 you were replied to on the 27/10 and we have not received a reply back. Case CAS-490293-T3Y2J7, we replied to you on 20/20 and resent on 25/10 and we haven't received a reply. Case CAS-496335-D6C3T6 was also replied to on the 20/10. I will ask my colleagues to reply to you again on these cases. Please check your junk / spam folders just in case the e-mails have gone in there. Even if the case appears as resolved when you look on your account, just reply to the last e-mail and it will open up again in the queue. Many thanks

I have a GoXLR. It resets every time I reboot my computer and doesn't recognize the saved profiles even exist (it's blank in the app when I search for them, but there when I check in normal Windows explorer).

      NicJonesMT Hi Tdarcy.
      Sorry to hear about this.
Have you checked the location where the profiles are stored?
In the app if you go to SYSTEM > GLOBAL SETTINGS you will be able to see the location.
Please check that the profiles are located in here.

Alternatively you could try moving them to a new location and changing the location in the Global settings menu. Could you please try this and confirm if you have the same issue?

    Hi,
I would like to create live performance by looping live on drum sounds (djembe, maracas, beatbox..) or basically any sound I could catch in live from the microphone.

Basically as done in this video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_2sE4aZPYE&ab_channel=RenatoMartinsPercussionist

Question 1: how do you make sure you don't pick up the mix currently playing when you record each new loop, even when you are playing the sound through loud speakers (in a studio room or on stage)? Do I need a special type of microphone to use with the looper?

Question 2: I'm still a bit confused to understand the whole range of TC Helicon looping products/pedals.
In order to loop in live with drums (or any sound caught by a microphone), do I specifically need the "Ditto Mic Looper" as in the previous video? Or do the new Ditto+ can do this job?

Thanks so much for your time and consideration.
    Best,
    Théo

    Hi guys,

I just bought the VOICELIVE PLAY pedal to process my flute live.
This tool works very well, however when I go up in the treble the autotune "frieze".
By lowering the input volume the problem persists.

I don't know what it was, maybe you can help me? Maybe you have already encountered this scenario?
Maybe you know a tool more suited to my use, combining multi-effect + autotune?

Thank you team, have a nice day

PedroRodrigues Hi Chand, thank you for your post, I would suggest to confirm that you have select the most appropriated Key/Scale.
When you’re using Room Sense to listen for Key information, make sure it’s closer to your flute to be able to clearly defined chords.
The Room Sense maybe having issue pick up the harmonies form your Flute.

PedroRodrigues Hi ScottMitchell, the VoiceLive 3 can receive CC and PC messages via MIDI from sources like keyboards, footswitches, DAWs, and more. For the controlling device to send a MIDI message to VL3X it needs to be using the same MIDI channel as the VL3X, typically this is channel 1 but you’re welcome to change it. Also make sure you aren’t misusing the MIDI input filters, and ensure that the MIDI input is set to be either “USB” (for the USB-mini input) or “MIDI Ports” (for the 5-pin MIDI input) depending on how you're connecting. These settings can be changed in VL3’s “Setup” menu, on the “MIDI” tab.

    Hi all,

im hoping someone can help me. I just bought a tc helicon go twin so that I can use bias tc on my iPhone at home to practice guitar. I'm about to take it back for a refund as the input distorts when even when the gain is set as low as it can go. When I plug my guitar into another interface of mine this doesn't happen. It's pretty significant distortion and just general tone loss. Am I doing something wrong? I have had a similar problem with an irig pro duo which I believe the go twin is copying. Any help would be appreciated.

PedroRodrigues Hi Amozz86, please make sure that you are using a USB MINI 10-PIN to connect your unit to your phone the supplied 10-PIN USB-A to USB mini cable will not work with an Apple camera connect kit to IPAD/IPHONE unless the batteries or external DC POWER supply are also used, please also consider that you must connect your guitar using a TS cable and please take in to account that the input on your unit accepts an Impedance value of approx 470 kΩ.

    • scoote3639
PedroRodrigues Hi scoote3639 thank you for your post ,you can set up the Auto Gain on the unit, by holding the Set button until it turns red engages the automatic gain setting. While holding the Set button depressed, sing as loud as you can. This sets the gain to the proper level and ensures that you won't encounter clipping during your performance. Releasing the Set button will bring up a red LED ring that indicates the current gain setting.
At this point, you can let the gain setting window time out after a few seconds, which will enable the "nudge" function. If you happen to sing louder during the performance than you did while setting the gain, the nudge function will reduce the gain slightly to avoid clipping.
      Thank you
