    Hello,

I watch some of the youtube manuals, and the VoiceTone Create XT obviously delivers both - dry and in monomode. So I hope, others models can do the same.

I'm interessted in die Voiceplay Live or one of the others models, but the manual download isn't possible currently.

Yes, they can do it. As for VoiceLive Play, in MONO mode, dry sound (mic + Tone) comes out of the right XLR output, and full mix (in mono) comes out of the left XLR output. The global LEAD MUTE parameter can be used to select whether dry sound is included in the full mix.

    Hi,

I have a Playacoustic and my guitar and mic plug into that.  I would like to get a harmoniser for another singer and was thinking of a Harmony Singer 2.  However, the other singer doesn't play guitar and I have heard that the Singer 2 needs a guitar input so that it can track chords for harmonies etc.  Any recommendations for how to split the guitar signal so that it can go into the Playacoustic and the Singer 2 - or for a harmoniser that doesn't need a guitar input?  Thanks!

kiskadar69 Method 1: Guitar to Harmony Singer 2 "INST IN", Harmony Singer 2 "INST THRU" to Play Acoustic "GUITAR IN".
Method 2: maybe a DI box could be used. Guitar into DI box input with a jack to jack lead, the jack link output on the DI box into the Play Acoustic "GUITAR IN" with another jack to jack lead, and then the DI XLR out into the Harmony Singer 2 "INST IN" with an XLR to jack lead.

Jezzerbee Thanks! Method 1 looks a bit more straightforward - my kind of level!

Jezzerbee Thanks! I'll take a look, but probably a bit up market for our musical ability!

harrisrljc Similar question, different equipment. I'm the bass player and I'm looking at getting a Harmony Singer 2. Guitar player has a Harmony Singer 1. I need to go to the HS2 first, then out to his HS1, then to the guitar amplifier?

Nigel67 Hi michaelf, I have just tried and the download seems to be working. Maybe it was some sort of glitch at that time. Are you able to download it now?

I want to connect these two. Can someone help me how to connect them?

kiskadar69 I don’t think you should connect Play Acoustic and TRIO+, but “split” the dry guitar signal in some way and send it to the guitar input of the TRIO+ and the guitar input of the Play Acoustic.

kiskadar69 Alternatively, if you do not use the TRIO+ FX SEND / RETURN jacks and do not use the TRIO+'s built-in guitar effects, and if you use the TRIO+ MIXER OUT, the dry guitar signal will appear on the TRIO+ AMP OUT, so you can send it to the Play Acoustic guitar input.

I've had this unit for years but until recently I've only ever used a single loop track. I know the VL3 is probably abandonware at this point but if you could find it in your hearts to do one last update I would love to see a feature that would lock the loop tracks to be the same length. I don't use the metronome because I can't imagine the audience wants to hear a click track so the quantize feature is pretty much useless, but I've gotten my timing good enough in Free mode that I can get a single seamless loop most of the time. But if I try to record a second part to track B, it's very difficult to get them to sync, and even if I do it's impossible to get them the exact same length so after a few loops the two tracks inevitably drift out of phase.

If anyone has any advice as to something I might be missing I would love to hear it.

Wann gibt es neue Presets bzw. Songs für die Singthing ?

Ich gehe davon aus, dass es für aktuelle Hardware wie zB. Voicelive extrem auch neuere Songs gibt, die man auch für zb. die Singthing benutzen könnte.

JasonB81 Hello Totti4000 - Thank you for posting. At this current time there are not current plans for new presets for the singthing but I will pass the request on to our team. Thank you again for contacting us.

JasonB81 Hello Banjo123 - It sounds like your unit may need service - have you been able to get the device to be come up on your computer when connected to power and USB- in the voice support 2 app ?

If absolutely no power at all then you may want to create a support ticket in community to get details for repairs or parts solutions.

      Thank you

    Hi guys,

I bought a Voicelive Touch 2 and a Switch 6 (both second hand) and I've been using the Switch in Custom Mode (with the first six effects assigned to each footswitch). But sometimes the commands from the Switch 6 will go nuts and turn the wrong effects (diferent then the assigned ones). When this happens, I reinsert the TRS on both ends until it gets back to the proper assigned functions.

Can this be a bad TRS cable thing? Or could it be because I have a malfunction Switch 6 unit? How should I get it fixed? I can't have this happening in the middle of a concert... Does anyone have any guess on where the problem lies?

    Thanks in advance

kiskadar69 It should be determined which device is faulty. For example, you could measure the Switch-6 with an ohmmeter:
      0. If none of the switches on the Switch-6 are depressed, you will normally measure an open between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      1. If only the first switch on the Switch-6 is depressed, you will normally measure 10 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      2. If only the second switch on the Switch-6 is pressed, you will normally measure 20 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      3. If only the third switch on the Switch-6 is depressed, you will normally measure 30 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      4. If only the fourth switch on the Switch-6 is depressed, you will normally measure 40 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      5. If only the fifth switch on the Switch-6 is pressed, you will normally measure 50 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      6. If only the sixth switch of the Switch-6 is pressed, you will normally measure 60 kohm between the Tip and Ring output of the Switch-6.
      7. Normally you always measure 70 kohm between the Switch-6 Ring and Sleeve output.

kiskadar69 ..and yes, IMHO this can be a bad TRS cable thing.
