    I’m still having the same connection problem with the USB. I already tried MAC and PC computers and 8 different cables. I did everything the manual explained. The computer and the voice support don’t recognize the USB exit. Can anyone help me on that please?? I can’t handle anymore problem with this material. It’s the second problem I have with this and I don’t want to contact the technical support again, since I bought it new.

    Hi, I have a MacBook Pro and a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. I want to hook up the liveplay to the Scarlett to lay down vocals on a previously recorded track. Can someone help me with how everything needs to be set up? Thanks, Mike

    download app go xlr version 1.1.0.85 but continue error window pops up "checking for update" and Automatically turns off app

We were able to work with the PH team who managed to upload the missing files and redirect the URL path. This fixed the crashing bug for everyone on the latest app, however anyone on an older version will need to update using the below link, or they may still experience the crash.

    The GoXLR app opens then closes? If I don't add power to the GoXLR the app will then stay open.

      kiskadar69 IMO this is not easy because the VoiceLive Rack is practically a VoiceLive 2. The preset could be transferred manually or a conversion program should be written. There is a conversion program in the opposite direction (VoiceLive 2 -> VoiceLive 3) here: https://www.voiceliveeditor.com/

    I am trying to find out how to run Mono so that I can have both vocal and guitar come out of 1 channel using one XLR cord. I am also trying to see how I can have 2 (or more) different harmony settings on 1 channel (number?) so I can easily switch by foot to 2 or 3 part harmony in the course of 1 song.

      kiskadar69 1.Press the SETUP button, set the Output parameter to Mono on the Output page and set the Lead Mute parameter to Off, then use the left XLR output (see Play Acoustic Manual on page 31).

      2.I think a preset can only store one harmony setting, so you need to alternate the presets within the song.

    Hello, I would like to use the SINGTHING as a vocal-monitor on stage and I have three questions: 1) In an english description I read: “Easily send your vocals to the main sound system, with or without the built-in processing and effects". Is this correct or possible? 2) Is the output level value of the monitor box as “big” as the output level value of a “normal” dynamic microphone? 3) Or is the FX 150 Voice Solo the better choice as a vocal monitor on stage?

      WilliamR Hello, The sing thing is a great choice to use as a personal stage monitor. The main xlr out would send exactly what you hear to the main out, All of the inputs (voice, instrument, and aux) are mixed together and sent out as a mono signal via this output. If you don't want effects on the mains out, you would turn them off. You can't have it effected on the monitor and dry on the mains or vice versa. You can do that with the FX150 as it has a thru output if you want to send a mic signal to something unaffected.

    Hello everyone. I bought it a few months ago and this voicelive is always in trouble. The first was a button that didn't work, I sent it to the dealer and waited 2 months to receive it. I'm afraid to send again and have to wait a few more months. I use the voicelive for work, and it is being difficult to count on the voicelive to work (since the technical assistance here is horrible). Honestly, I do not recommend to anyone who lives in Europe to buy something that has this technical assistance (behringer I think). It is not normal to buy something, and in the first few days you find that you have a problem and the product will not be exchanged. This is dishonest. I love your product, but while you are with this technical assistance (europe) I do not recommend anyone to buy.

        I'm looking at the case now and can see that your unit was sent into PMS Electronics (Germany) For repair as the HIT button was not working.

        Are you still experiencing issues with this Switch or is there another issue that has happened?



        I'm just going to reply to your other post on here aswell to try and keep everything in one place (About the USB Issue).



        Can you send me some more information on this issue;



        • How do you have the device connected to your computer? We always recommend connecting directly to your computer rather than an external hub, and also recommend removing any non essential USB devices.

        • Have you connected the device to an alternative USB port?

        • Do you have access to an alternative USB cable that the device can be tested with?

        • Do you have access to an alternative computer that the device can be tested with?

        • Are you connected to USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports? Please use USB 2.0 ports where possible, there is no advantage to using a USB 2.0 device in a USB 3.0 port and USB 3.0 ports can vary quite a lot, which gives differing levels of performance and stability.

        • Can you please detail any other devices that are being used in conjunction?

        • Are you connecting to a Windows or Mac computer and what operating system are you using?

        • What firmware is installed?

        • What software are you using the device with (Such as a DAW) and how is the device configured?

        • Do you have a similar device that you can compare the behaviours of?
        • Can you please provide me with a detailed description of how the device is behaving and any other trouble shooting steps that you have undertaken?

        • Do you receive any Error Messages?

    Hello everyone. all of a sudden my computers don't recognize the usb port for voice live. already changed to several computers and nothing. already changed the midi configuration and nothing. what should I do?

      If you go into the Setup menu, Can you confirm how you have the "MIDI" option set?



      This needs to be on MIDI or else it will not connect to Voice Support 2.
