I have aquired a pair of tms3's. Problem is someone has removed the hornfalres for mid ranged drivers and there phase plugs.
I need to aquire X4 more of these and X1 mid range driver or recon kit for mid range driver as well.
I opened a repair service request (CAS-595142-S0J8W8) on 4/12/2022. It is a warranteed item. So far the only response I have received was an automated confirmation that I opened the service ticket. I have identified the local authorizes service center in my area as per the MusicTribe website. I need to have an RMA issued so I can start the repair process. Can someone please help with that. This is taking a ridiculously long time to resolve.

Our church owned 4 sets of IP2000. 3 of 4 sets has been shutting down at low volume level so they have to power recycle to restore its operation. Then, they wouls go down again after sometimes of operations.
is anyone experiencing similar issue?
I'd appreciate any comment or suggestions.

I have a Turbosound IP3000, and I am thinking to add a smaller IP2000, as I need one smaller speaker for easier carrying.
Can I pair them by bluetooth (incl. stereo), or is that possible strictly only among the same models (e.g. two IP3000s)?
I prefer to know before buying.
