    Would a turbosound ts-12g320a8 work in a Fender Rumble 75 bass amp?

     

    Need a cheap 12" bass speaker because mine blew out (previous owner).

    My apple App shows controls with ust dial, not the dail which shows the numbers set.  Can I change this?

    Hello

     

    i purchased a pair of iq15's back in 2019 but need to find out if i still have warrnty and what is covered under the warranty. i am based in the UK can anyone help or advise what to do? The issue is with the driver i believe the bass has gone completely low comparing to another speaker

Warranty should still be valid if you have the proof of purchase and you are the original owner, please submit this along with your contact details/best contact number/serial number and your full fault description on a Technical ticket which you can submit via the Support tab above.

    Hey I have an entire turbosound pa that is no longer putting out sound, and I am not able to figure out how to speak with a human being in order to explore warranty/repair options. I am not currently even able to create a ticket bc your site is down. Help!

The ticketing system has been undergoing some routine maintenance over the last few days, however, is now back up and running.         JeffRusin Hey Randolph I would say this guy is full of it. Every group on Facebook that deals with Behringer products hates music tribe and they have brought it on themselves. It takes six months to get anything done they don’t email customers back they don’t respond in a timely manner. Everybody says don’t by any of their products anymore and it seems music tribe doesn’t care. Maybe they’re just worried about their keyboards and not support anymore. I am one of the administrators on a turbo sound IQ Clark technic forum on Facebook and I can’t answer questions because you can’t get hooked up with anybody that will talk to you from turbo sound/music group. If people are looking to buy turbo sound and ask questions about them, everybody will say don’t buy them because they suck because of their service and customer care. I own turbo sound and I own Behringer but if it breaks I won’t even try to create a stupid Care ticket that’s another dumb ass thing. I will look on the Internet and buy a replacement speaker or part even if it’s under warranty just not to deal with music tribe. I am actually sending this email to help but I think they already know what’s going on I guess uli just doesn’t care about his company since he’s made his money and just wants to work on keyboards. They’re supposed to have updates for example on the x32 mix and that was years ago and it never developed. Music tribe used to be the greatest and now they seem not to care that everybody thinks of them and hold their products as the worst and I will keep on buying those Products I just wish they would get their head out of their ass and become responsible again

    And used a a PC with Windows 11 OS...but the PC just refuses to run the app properly ...giving the following error: No TS device with active USB uploader found. 

    I am running the app in administration mode and have pressed setup when booting up the IQ18B. (So it is waiting for the firmware to be sent) 

    Any hints?

      Dale_M Are you able to try the update on an older WIN machine just to make sure the operating system hasn't created a conflict?

      Angr77 I finally managed to update my speakers firmware - 2x IQ15 and 4x IQ18B using an old Windows 7 based notebook. One important thing when updating is to run in a CMD window with administration rights.

        JeffRusin That would be music group slacking on keeping anything updated so you can update, music tribe is the worst it’s ever been right now and they do not care

    Can someone help me get a status on my warranty repair?

     

    I shipped our iQ12 in for repair 9 months ago.

    5 months ago I was told the service center is waiting for parts.

    I've heard nothing since and have gotten no response to my email request for status.  Of course, there is no phone number to talk in real-time to a person.

     

    Am I the only one that has found this warranty support to be of practically no value?  Are we just supposed to shut down business for a year or two?

    First - Is there any info on how to get Turbocontrol app to successfully connect to iq12b?  I've seen mention of firmware update, but none are listed on the official site.

    Second - When you are connected via bluetooth to a subwoofer and playing music, does it not pass the signal up to linked speaker?

      TomCanning Serious question: I left this online community after they switched to this tribe thingy. I couldn't make heads or tails of it. I check every now an again to see if it has improved. Has it been abandoned, or am I just using it wrong?Is there another site/forum/board where people are discussing these products. I own and love a good few (XR12/16/18, MR18, TurboSound speakers, among others). I used to love regular check ins to see how people are using these tools. It was a source of great ideas, resources and a place to get community support. Now it seems to be a disjointed set of orphaned posts. It makes me sad. Where has it moved to?

    For one speaker, we want only Twitter.
    For the other speaker, we want Twitter and the whole Twitter holder/cover.
