NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT for $8000 TANNOY SPEAKERS

6 weeks ago i created a service ticket for a warranty replacement part for an $8000 pair of malfunctioning (4 day old) Tannoys, and all i got was INCOMPETENCE and DISREGARD. Then, just recently, Music Tribe closed my service ticket, labelling it "inactive customer".  Basically, they blame ME for not doing anything for me.

HOW you like THAT !

Dont feel "special", I recently posted 5 service tickets and within days they were marked by the tribe as "resolved" .  In truth, after many weeks of begging and pleading with the so called Behringer support team (which had no relationship to Behringer at all I found out ), I did get a schematic diagram for the unit I was trying to get fixed.

Bottom line, this Tribe thing is not all that its cracked up to be in my opinion.  I will probably come here as a last resort for future issues.
