My unit craps out

I have a harmonyG XT. I've been using it for about 3 1/2 years. Love it, never had any issues with it. I play live on average about 3 or 4 times a month. But recently, during my last 4 shows, something goes wrong with the unit. My voice sounds like a chipmunk, and cuts in and out, even when I don't have the harmony engaged. When I cut the power to the unit and wait a few minutes, plug it back in....everything is fine again. It's seems to be happening after bout every 2 hours of use. I have never done any updates on the unit. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. It's very embarrassing when we have to stop playing in the middle of a song.
Hope you can help. Tkanks in advance, Todd.

Hey @Toddbrett44,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The first steps you'll want to take are a firmware update and a recalibration. You can update your device by downloading VoiceSupport 2 and connecting your device to your computer. VoiceSupport 2 will help with device updates as well as preset management. You can download the software from our website here:

https://www.tc-helicon.com/Categories/Tchelicon/Vocal/Apps/VOICESUPPORT-2/p/P0CMP/Downloads

After doing this, try recalibrating your device. Your pots may have drifted from the intended position and just need to be adjusted. This is normal after a while of use. I've attached a document that will guide you in recalibrating your pots.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
