Pmp 1280s

My PMP 1280S not giving sound but lights all lights are on and when I shut it off I hear a popping sound, Any suggestions thank you

It started by sound shutting off after five minutes , sound won't turn on again till next day, But now no sound at all just a high pop when I shut it off the power button

Forgot to get say The technician worked on it and said it needed a power supply but he was not a behringer  are specialist

And he could not find a power supply for sale

I think your best option is to raise a Care Service Request. Click on Support at the top of the of the page and the click on Create a Care Ticket. It is necessary to complete your user profile before you can do this.

Keep checking your email spam folder. Apparently some responses from the Care team have been lost this way. I believe the Care team have been busy recently and their response may be delayed.
