KXD12 signal too hot for most PA's

Contributor - Level 1
I have two Ultratone KXD12 keyboard amplifiers and most times when I am going through the PA the engineers say that the signal they are getting from the amp is too hot for their desk. The last time I ended taking the signal from the amp to a D I Box, then to the PA which the engineer was happy with. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a cure? John

I’m not 100% sure but it looks like the xlr and trs outputs are the same, suggesting that the xlr outputs are line level.

Many mixers are able to handle line level signals on their xlr inputs (mic level) but not all of them.

Use a DI at all times and most soundguys would prefer this.
