EurosportMPA100BT won't charge

Portable Behringer Eurosport mpa100bt will not charge up. Works fine with AC connected.

Welcome to the community.  How old is the unit? Is it still under warranty? I'd recommend you open a support ticket here: https://www.behringer.com/brand/behringer/support#googtrans(en|en)

You should get an automated email reply telling you someone will contact you within one business day. Be patient since it's been more like a week (or more) these days.  If you don't get the reply check your spam/junk folder. 

Even if it's not still in warranty, they should be able to tell you the make/model of a replacement battery.
