X32 Rack Excellent Customer Service

Hi,
I just wanted to share my customer service experience. 4 months ago I bought an X32 Rack to complement my X32 and S16. Last week the Rack display started to flicker and the main LR encoder randomly changed the volume. I spoke to the CARE team on 4th Jan. (I live less than 30 miles away so I delivered the Rack that afternoon). On Monday 7th I was contacted by the CARE team (Joe) to explain the X32 specialist had found the fault and repaired it (internal power supply). I collected the Rack on the 9th, met with Joe and Dan who kindly took me on a tour of the facility. Music Tribe that is Excellent Customer Service.
