Well I made support ticket because I didn't know where to ask the question, and they just closed it without answering the question.

Hi RW.

I can't say for sure, but I know that the customer support guys have had a lot of challenges with their software and a implementation of a new ticket system. 
I'd like to get my colleague Mike to look at this. Possibly it's a bug in the system, because I've seen other people on the Community say that they have experienced this (a ticket being closed without a solution or answer). 

Please remain patient a little longer. I work for TC Electronic and not the customer support, so I'm not up to date on what's going on, but will try to ask my colleagues, as mentioned.

Let's try to find out what is going on.

I guess they are busy but expected at least a suggestion to look at this board, which of course I found afterwards and placed mu question in the Brand board.
