Hi - I have recently purchased Voicelive 3 and I would like to use it with a MIDI keyboard for generating my own harmonies. I have seen a video that explains how it is done on earlier versions of Voicelive:
Bit I can't see how to do it in Voicelive 3, and the manual doesn't seem to offer an insight.
Any advice or guidance would deb gratefully received.
It was suggested that I check the video on midi and harmonies for the VoiceLive 3, and although it was informative, it still left me with questions. I'm performing a show in which I'll be replicating a piece from an album I recorded. I am 2 voices, but not all the intervals are parallel. So, I wondered if the midi keyboard would be a good solution. I don't need to have any effects, and want it to sound as "natural" as possible.
Question is, and excuse my primary level of knowledge, but the keyboard can be used to just trigger the specific harmony interval off of the primary voice? For example, 6 notes "4th, 5th, low octave 6th, 4th, 4th 4th.
I have also sent a care ticket. I'm on a deadline, and it's a pretty big show. If I can't figure it out, they may get one of the guys in the band to do the harmonies, and due to the specific nature of the vocal tone, I will be a bit sad.
