VL3 Extreme has ZERO support and NO phone contact.
New 5 days...I now have wasted $800 Sad🙁

We have 24 hours support and allthough our support team is very busy at the moment , 5 days response time seems a lot.
Did you get any ticket number for your submitted support request ? i'd be happy to follow up and make sure somebody from TC helicon gets in touch.
