X-Air XR18 iOS App Not Working

Hi,
Since I've installed the last version of iOS I can't use the xAir XR18 with the App because it always crashes.
I've tried to re-install it twice and eventually use the MR18 app with the same results.

How can I do?

It's now 13 days later. How soon is "soon"?

Re: X-Air XR18 iOS App Not Working

I had a horrible live show today due to not being able to connect the X-Air app with my XR-18 on my 4th Gen iPad - its worked since I bought the mixer. The app on my iPad said updated today!

The X-air app is unusable - it does not load the XR mixer settings and just closes.

This is terrible Behringer/Music Group -  please fix this issue ASAP - don't leave your customers hanging like this.

Any update?

Re: X-Air XR18 iOS App Not Working

Hi,

may I ask how you connect to your mixer? Is it via the built in wifi access point or do you use an external router to connect your ipad to the mixer?

The internal AP is ok for at home or very small venues but will fail if there is a lot of devices (cell phones) trying to access the wifi. Even if they can't connect to your wifi, they saturate the AP with you not able to connect as a result. Most users therefore us an external wifi router, connected to the mixer via ethernet cable, to create a 5G wifi to connect the iPad.

cheers
