Channels have disappeared from Mixer tab in TC Near control Panel

In two of my set-ups (P1 and P2) channels to the left of 'AUX 1 and AUX 2' in the mixer window have disappeared, including the left where you can select 'auto shrink'.

The channels at the bottom have also gone, and the remaining three or four channels fill the entire window, as if it has been 'zoomed' in. The other channels are partially visible 'underneath' what I can see.

As I am writing this, it has just happened with 'P3'!!!

What to do?

I'm using studio konnekt 48, with a mac pro.

mb5000,

What happens when you click the add channels button?

Re: Channels have disappeared from Mixer tab in TC Near control Panel

Morten,

Any chance you can grap & drag that mixer in the window to stretch it out some more?

It looks like it's crammed in all together.

Otherwise, go to 'About' at the far right of top the panel strip,
(beside 'Remote'), and click 'Update Firmware'.

Mine fired up right away.

Below that, is 'Reset to Defaults'.

That might be worth a try.

Re: Channels have disappeared from Mixer tab in TC Near control Panel

mb5000: Looks like an older firmware/CPL version. This issue should not exist in the current versions:
Mac:

PC:

Remember to upload the new firmware after installing the software (from the about page)

Re: Channels have disappeared from Mixer tab in TC Near control Panel

Well, the problem seems to have been fixed with the new versions and a few restarts along the way...

Thanks for all your help.

BTW, jamusic - there was no way of resizing anything, dragging anything, etc. I was simply stuck with the view I made a screenshot of.

Thanks for the info, mb5000.

Hope this new version fix does it.
