Distortion / Loss of signal in Control Room and Phones out of UFX1204

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my Behringer UFX1204. On control room out I hear distortion sometimes. Then it can happen that left channel disappears. If I turn PAN left and turn volume up, then I can hear it barely, but it's buried in noise and distortion. And since yesterday this started to happen with headphones output too. I removed headphones and when I plugged it back there was no sound. Strange thing is that when I put volume on PHONES knob way up and then down - it starts to work again. HUH?!?! I think that can be a problem with OpAmp in Control/Phones section, but want to know if someone had this symptomes before. I don't think it's potentiometers, because noise stays even when I don't touch them. Also on headphones this bug happens only when I detach and attach it again. Weird.

Cheers

I know such behaviour from aging mixing desks. Most time the problem are the switches.
