Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with your mixer. Have you tried initializing your mixer to a fresh new default scene and see if that helps?
Additionally have you also performed a hard reset of your MR18 yet to see if that corrects the problem? The hard reset can be done by using a paperclip (or tiny poker) to press the tiny reset button on the front of the mixer (in the REMOTE section) for 15 seconds. Doing so will clear out your mixer's current scene (so save if it's important) and also your network settings so you will have to reconfigure those again after performing the reset. (reset will not delete any of your saved SNAPSHOTS)
