Replacement connecting cable for Behringer Studio 50USB

Contributor - Level 1
So I've just bought a pair of Behringer Studio 50USB monitor speakers from a second hand seller on eBay. Unfortunately in my idiocy, I didn't translate the entire description from German and have only discovered upon opening the box that the connector cable to join the two speakers together is missing from the item.

It doesn't look like any cable I've seen before so I have a horrible feeling it's a proprietary Behringer thing - I don't see it listed anywhere on this website or any Behringer service sites to purchase as a replacement though. I've contacted Music Tribe by email and they pointed me in the direction of two Behringer service centres near me (I'm in Ireland, so one here and one in the UK) but I haven't heard back from either, which suggests to me that they don't have it and don't know where to get it.

This is a picture of the cable in question - it's a four wire ribbon cable with four adjacent pinholes at either end, and each speaker has a four-pin socket. Is it indeed a Behringer exclusive cable that I wouldn't be able to substitute with anything generic, and if so is there any way to get one separately?

Any help would be massively appreciated!

Hi Paddy, welcome to the forum!

I'd personally suggest that you return the Studio50USB Monitors back to the seller and ask for your money back, as I do believe the product cable you are asking about is indeed proprietary to our product specifically and you won't be able to use the second monitor without it.

If that's not an option for you then it would probably be a good idea to take CARE's advice and follow up with the service center's they suggested to you. Just because they didn't reply to you yet doesn't necessarily mean they don't have what you're looking for, so it might be a good idea to give them a call just to be sure.

You can also try ordering a part through this section of our website.

Hope that helps!

Looks almost like the cable connector I have on my utility trailer lights without the extra pin Smiley Wink .
