Windows audio config - TC Near = ??

In windows control panel under sound and audio devices I only see TC Near Audio under playback and record. Could you please explain what this is - Main out 1/2 or ???

My presonus firebox used to display all the inputs and outputs under the playback/record selections so I'm a little confused.

You can route your WDM in and outputs from the TCNear control panel. Select TCNear in sound and audio devices.
Then go to TCNear 'CPL>system settings>WDM'. Here you can select what in and outputs you wish to use.
