bypass mode

Hi forum
at first; Excuse my english, im dutch

I use the m-one dual effects processor and an old version of cakewalk

The idea is to control the m one's bypass function tru cakewalk

I came up with the idea to create an empty midifile, with a command for to do so at various moments, instead of using a foot pedal
My question is; How can i accomplish that.
I am a singer and my goal is to end up with a midi file that i can play along with my audio karaoke files
I hope i made myself clear and await your answers

Re: bypass mode

Hi Bert,

please find Midi spec document here:
http://cdn-downloads.tcelectronic.com/media/217085/tc_electronic_m-one_xl_midi_sysex_specifications....

From what i can see, you can automate the Bypass function of the 2 engines via Midi CC comtrol :
MIDI_BYPASS1 CC 11 ( 0 1) -> the value send for midi cc (1 or zero) either turns bypass on or off
MIDI_BYPASS2 CC 12 ( 0 1 )

with best regards from the TC people,

Mike
