Hi, I am getting a blank blue screen when I power on the Play Electric. There was a firmware solution from before but the attachment is no longer downloadable. Does anyone have a solution that I could try?
Voicesupport 2 is consistently showing device "in use".
Hey Amit, Yikes that doesn't sound good at all! There is still one thing you can try - a factory reset. This will erase your previous settings and presets, but I guess if you're getting a blue-screen that you've already made peace with losing those. To perform a factory reset on the PlayElectric, you hold the "Back" and "Store" buttons while powering on the unit. If that still doesn't work, then your PlayElectric has a serious sickness and you should please get in contact with our support team to discuss bringing it back to life. Good luck!
