I am in the same situation. I have had only one email response and I replied to it but they have not replied back. This was 4 days ago. the 1-800 number is busy 24/7. What if I need support at a location? The email thing isnt working well and lots of people dont have time to wait on a reply. If you are that busy then add more people. You really need a active Tech support number. Why would I want to buy any more of your product if this is the best you can do for Tech support?
