Marcus, Scope information is saved along with the scene. However, you can save scope presets to the Preset file. To backup your show and preset files, connect your USB drive to the USB port on the front of the console. Then access the File menu. This can be done by pressing the automation/filing screen access button twice. On the left hand side of the screen you will see your show and preset files that are saved in the console. On the right hand side, you should see the contents of the USB drive. Using the trackball, or mouse, select your show file on the left, then click on the 'Export' button in the bottom center of the screen. Repeat the process for your preset file. Both files should now appear in both locations. These instructions are found on page 91 of the manual. Note- the manual states that you can't export a show file that is open, but I don't recall having any issues with doing so.

Joel, I see the meters in your video, but I am wondering if you hear anything when you solo the channels? As a troubleshooting step, does the problem go away when you recall the Safe scene?

David, I have experienced this same issue with the on-board access point. I ended up using an Apple Airport Extreme and the difference was night and day. It's performance was rock solid. And with the Airport Utility app, it is easy to manage and change network settings (when needed). Jeff

Tristan, 1) I am not familiar with the RME madiface, but I have had excellent results using the RPM-TB248/48 from RPM Dynamics with our PRO2. They also sell a 72 channel version and Jim Roese is excellent to work with. 2) I am successfully using a MacMini with the RPM box. 3) You are correct about the Generic AES50. This is how you patch to the recording software. However, this will not work for connecting an X32 directly. The PRO series run at 96k and the X (and M) series run at 48k. 5) Tap Tempo and access to the effects rack are sorely missing from the Extender app. It is useful for dialing in aux & matrix mixes, but it's not truly a monitor console replacement. 6) That is what we are all wondering... 7) The offline editor only runs on the Mac platform and does not operate live- hence the name "offline". An online app for the desktop, like the M series, would be a welcomed addition.

Brian, My assumption is based on the second bullet point on the product page: "Compatible with KLARK TEKNIK KT-AES50, KT-DANTE64, KT-MADI and KT-USB network modules" You could certainly reach our to the CARE team for confirmation.

Brian, Based on the info page for the 9650, the DM80 is not compatible. http://www.music-group.com/Categories/Klarkteknik/Mixers/I-O-Interfaces/DN9650/p/P0AFT I have been very pleased with the P16-I used with our Pro2. It's hard to beat for $200. http://www.music-group.com/Categories/Behringer/Signal-Processors/In-Ear-Monitor-Systems/P16-I/p/P0420

Brian Kozicki;124143 wrote: Hi all. One of my engineers got burned last night by the lack of confirmation before loading a scene on a Pro2c. Is there a setting somewhere that will have the console ask for confirmation before loading a new scene? Thanks for your help! Brian, Confirmation is not offered as an option for scene recalls.

Duane Rodakowski;121313 wrote: Bruno, I see you posted this a couple of weeks ago, were you able to resolve this? I've run into this problem too on my Pro2. I too have been fighting with this on my PRO2 but I think I figured it out tonight. On the SHOW tab of the Preference page, uncheck "Automate patching". That seems to leave my insert and direct out patching alone. I find this counter-intuitive, but it is working. In my opinion, there should be a way to include this in recall scope, but insert and Direct Out patching is excluded from scope. You can scope the insert on/off as well as the following functions of Direct Out: level, tap-off point, and mute.

Jeff Malott;119929 wrote: I am getting an error message when I try to reorder scenes. "Failed: Critical error - code (04050026)". Any one else experiencing this? Regards, Jeff Update- I contacted MUSIC CARE and they told me this: "There is usually one scenario that causes this. If you have Sub Scenes, ie 2.1, 2.2, 2.3..... You cannot reorder these outside of the their primary scene meaning that you cannot place scene 2.2 anywhere outside of the scenes in primary scene 2. If you need to place them out of the primary scene You can copy and paste them to another primary scene and then reorder them." This is consistent with what I am experiencing.
